Research on the Benefit of School Marketing by Figurine- Take two Elementary Schools in Yilan for Example

This study started from school B and discussed the importance and the satisfaction on the campus doll. Then it will extend if there is positive benefit on the form setting and marketing of school B and find out the suitable way for school A. In this study, we will discuss the difference between the importance and the satisfaction of the campus doll at school B from the reliability and validity analysis, Independent-Sample T-test, single- factor variation analysis and IPA model. The following is the result: Gender Girls are higher than boys. Grade Students who are in the first and the second grades are higher than those in other grades Study term Students who study at school for two years are higher. Participating doll-related activities Students who attend activities four times are higher. Award Students who have been awarded the campus doll are higher. Besides, students who have participated to make short films about the campus doll are higher. In addition, the study will show the importance and the satisfaction on the benefit of school marketing by the campus doll through IPA model. There are 44 questions in our survey. 23 of the items are important and satisfied. 2 of them are not important but satisfied. 14 of them are neither important nor satisfied. Moreover, I use IPA model to search on the difference of the importance between school A and school B through the survey. We learn the focus of the school marketing by the campus doll from school A and school B. There are 34questions. 18 of the items are important to school A and school B. Those items should be the important way for schools to develop the campus doll. Combine the attention factors of the two schools and the satisfaction factor of school B to be the reference for school A to set the campus doll. Keywords: the campus doll、IPA model
