In the View of Job Changer's Career Preparation: Study the Impact of Career Path Assessment and Mentality on Career Gains and Motivation

Talent successor project is an big issue of development of corporate, Talent successor project have two perspectives, one is a individual-base, it focus on ones competences, Anther one is team-base, it focus on the organization building the jod transition rules make Talent member take experience as development matirial. This study base on team-base perspective, it estimates the experience readiness, mindset can effect on experience acquisition and transition motivations. Corporation member as samples sample size is 277. The results show that the reliable job transition plan and job transition preparation can effect on experience acquisition, job transition motivation, and career self-efficacy. In the theoretical implication, team-base perspective can contribute to the Talent successor and member. And if job transition pathway preview can provide next two positions, It could motivated people to rely on the job transition plan. The practical meaning is combined with the blueprint for the development of the position and the concept of the candidate library to train and screen the succession team that can be continuously cultivated for the enterprise.
