Popis: | 107 This work has been carried out mainly due to the personal interest of the researcher in this matter and with the aim to demonstrate that the daily practice of mindfulness brings real benefits for its practitioner. Firstly, the possible problems caused by the work, mainly stress, are shown, and it is also defined and explained what the practice of mindfulness consists of. While reading in it, the benefits of its practice are shown according to workers in the field of science and academics, and interviews to practitioners are offered whose satisfaction with mindfulness can be appreciated. And since it is not the same to talk about something without really knowing what it is than knowing it, the researcher has taken advantage of the realization of this work to do a daily routine during 8 weeks of mindfulness and stretching, also called yoga. Finally, the benefits of mindfulness, according to these information sources, are summarized to conclude with the real benefits of its practice. |
