Popis: | 107 The reason why human understanding of enzyme synthesis in the past many years has accelerated the rate of chemical reaction is mostly based on the theory of Look and Key to explain why there is a fairly good reaction between enzyme and stereostructure. For example, the activation energy of the reaction can be reduced, and the reaction of the entire enzyme can be stably and rapidly performed. In addition, many scholars who have focused on drug development in the past have focused only on the matrix phase of the reaction center, and most scholars often overlook the process of how the matrix enters the reaction center. This led to the discovery of a stereostructure conformation with very stable energy, but the drug designed according to this conformation did not produce any practical pharmacologically defined effects. Therefore, we will focus on the channels inside the enzyme, and further explain the enzyme reaction kinetics by understanding how the channel regulates the conformation of the matrix. By calculating the free energy of the matrix at different sites in the reactant channel, we obtain the free energy path and pass through the structural analysis to reveal the mechanochemical action of the channel, and obtain the possible reaction path structure and possible key before the stereostructure enters the reaction center. Reaction rate energy and site. |
