Popis: | 107 In this study, the liquid-ring vacuum pumps technology is used to assist the five-axis computer numerical control machines to process the aerospace workpiece. It can improve the vacuum pressure circuit of the equipment, which can make the vacuum suction and flow rate become larger and more stable. It can also effectively reduce the production cost and increase activation rate. A vacuum loss alarm device is used to ensure the vacuum loss warning of the previous structure. The cost control can be effectively reduced, and the installed device can be easily maintained. The risk of hazard is minimized by combining failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) with improved application on the organization. This study improves the availability of flexible manufacturing systems in a systematic and data-based manner. So equipment failure time is no longer a burden on the aerospace manufacturing industry risk considerations. |
