| Popis: | 107 The problem of the traffic accident not only makes personal damage in family, life and property but also consumes the resources in our country. Recently, the traffic environment keeps changing and the usage of vehicles is growing up. Most of countries focus on the policies and infrastructures in vehicle but neglect the pedestrian safety. They are the most powerless group on the road. According to the statistic report from National Police Agency in Ministry of the Interior indicates that the traffic accidents had caused 219 deaths and 14,669 injuries on the average of each year from 2013 to 2017. The main reasons are not following the regulations and not pay attention to vehicles when they are crossing the road. It reflects that how important the pedestrian behavior influences the traffic. The thesis reviews the construction of pedestrian crossing, the related research of right-of-way, construction model of pedestrian crossing which is used in each area nowadays and the material in symbols for further discussion. On this research, we investigate the understanding and feeling of pedestrian crossing model and the preservative problems. The method of cross analysis and variance analysis to come out distribution and divergence of people in different background is also used. The research finding could be used and referred by the traffic units and affiliated organizations. |
