Researches and applications of nanostructured SnSe/SnSe2 growth by high power continuous wave laser process

Popis: | 107 SnSe and SnSe2 are two-dimensional layered semiconductor materials, both they have good performance in many fields. The performance of device will loss because of the phase control between SnSe and SnSe2 is difficult. This study will make sure the relationship between the transformation of SnSe /SnSe2 and the laser parameter. This research uses high-power continuous-wave laser to provide energy, and develop a new method on the laser process. This method can limit the active space after they vaporization, to forced material re-growth on the corresponding substrate. We call it laser regenerate process. Studying the transition between the two phase of SnSe and SnSe2 during the regenerate process and the growth of nanostructure, through the adjustment of laser power (2 W, 6 W, 10 W, 14 W) and laser illumination time (10 s, 30 s, 50 s, 70 s). Also, we will regenerate other materials (Sb2Se3 and NiSe) and regenerate on different substrates (carbon cloth, copper foil, paper…), to highlight the feasibility and generality of this method. By the way, we will regenerate SnSex on copper foil and applied to sodium ion batteries, regenerate on polyimide and applied to flexible optoelectronic component. The SEM was used to observe the surface and cross-section morphology, and different of the composition were observed by Raman, XRD and XPS, and marked the SnSe layered structure by TEM. |
