The Research of the Selection Indicators on Purchase Smart Phone-An Example of iPhone

Popis:	107 Smartphone have become popular today, and with the rapid advancement of technology, smartphones are constantly being introduced, which also makes consumers have many key factors in purchasing smart phones. The results of this study are to use Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Modified Delphi Method to construct a main reference index. The results of this study provide 4 main criteria and provides 16 secondary criteria. The results indicated that priorities approximately of assess criteria were shown as follows: product standard, product configuration, perceive value, and Additional Function. Central Processing Unit(CPU) is the most important secondary criteria in the 16 secondary criteria. The results of this study can be used to buy iPhone and know what they need.
