The main purposes of this study were to explore the relationship among School Emotional Climate, Emotional Regulation, and Classroom Management Effectiveness of Elementary School Teachers. This study adopts a questionnaire survey method. The official sample is based on 14 national primary schools in western region. A total of 389 current national teachers are the research subjects. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software for project analysis, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation and multiple regression. After the factor analysis and reliability test, the pre-measurement scale has a total of 70 questions in the three scales as the official questionnaire. The results of this study found that: (a) The national teachers with different background variables perceive the school's emotional atmosphere, emotional regulation and class management effectiveness, and there are some significant differences. (b) Elementary school teachers perceive that the emotional atmosphere of the school is partially related to emotional regulation. (c) Elementary school teachers perceive that the emotional atmosphere of the school is partially related to the operational efficiency of the class. (d) The emotional adjustment of the national primary school teachers is partially related to the class management efficiency. (e) Elementary school teachers perceive the school's emotional atmosphere and emotional regulation have significant predictive power for class management effectiveness. (f) Elementary school teachers perceive the emotional atmosphere of the school has a significant predictive power on emotional regulation.
