Popis: | 107 The structure of prodigiosin is a tripyrrole which is typically red pigment secondary metabolite produced by Serratia marcescens, Pseudomonas magnesiorubra, Vbrio psychroerythrus, and Streptomyces spp. Numerous studies have shown that these secondary metabolite can be used to produce antibiotics and to fight against cancerous cells. In this experiment, Serratia marcescens (MG-R1) was cultivated on minimal medium. Minimal medium contains 0.5% Maltose and 0.5% Ammonium chloride. Serratia marcescens was cultivated 48 hours with temperature of 27°C, PH 7.5 and 175 RPM. Method above has high production of prodiogiosin, 490.15mg/L. In addition, experiments have shown the excellent inhibition of MG-R1 against Xanthomonas campestris pv. Campestris, Xanthomonas campestris pv. Vesicatoria, Salmonella typhimurium. This experiment provides the most economical cultural method with high production of prodiogiosin and it can enhance the development in the field of agriculture pesticide. |
