Popis: | 107 The purpose of this study was to explore the relevance of the school's administrative management and the effectiveness of the school. It is searched by keywords such as "School Administration", “Administration" and "School Effectiveness " and then coded according to the different categories set by the Institute. At the end of the analysis, there were 64 research reports on school administration and school effectiveness, and then analyzed by Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA 3.0) software to confirm the influence of adjustment variables on the variability of the two variables. More than 10 research reports will be analyzed .Comprehensive research results, the conclusions are as follows: 1. There was a high correlation between school administration and school effectiveness. 2. Moderator variables affecting the relationship between school administration and school effectiveness. (1) The research area is a common adjustment variable that affects the two aspects of school administration and school effectiveness. The research area is the most effective in the knowledge management and property management direction. In the degree, the amount of effect in the middle is the largest, and both reach the medium to high degree. (2) The questionnaire recovery rate is a common adjustment variable affecting the two aspects of school administration and school effectiveness. However, the average effect of the questionnaire recovery rate is less than ±0.1, which means that the questionnaire recovery rate is for school administration. The impact with the school's effectiveness is extremely low. (3)Education stage, research area, questionnaire recovery rate, Cronbach's α coefficient are knowledge management and teacher teaching, student learning, environmental planning; human management and administrative leadership, community identification; property management and administrative leadership, teacher teaching, student learning, etc. Adjustment variable. (4) Education stage, research area, questionnaire recovery rate, and Cronbach's α coefficient of administrative leadership are the adjustment variables of knowledge management and administrative leadership. (5) The education stage, research area and questionnaire recovery rate are the adjustment variables of knowledge management and community identification, human management and teacher teaching orientation. (6) The study area and questionnaire recovery rate are the adjustment variables of manpower management and student learning dimension. Finally, based on the above results of the study, relevant recommendations are made to provide reference for educational administrations, school administrators, and integrated analysts. |
