The Technique Education Program plays an important role in technical and vocational education.The Ministry of Education promoted the "Technology Education Reform Program"system in 2001. They hope that they can help the students to understand their interests and aptitudes through appropriate counseling, and then continue to study or employment. The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of Technique Education curriculum in Junior High School Students, as well as the differences in the learning outcomes of the technical education courses in different backgrounds.This study adopts the questionnaire survey method. For the purpose of research, the self-edited "Questionnaire A Study of Junior High School Students' Perception of Learning Effectiveness in Technique Education Programs " is the research tool. The students who participated in the technical education course in Kaohsiung's 107 academic year were studied. Convenient sampling method, a total of 675 questionnaires were issued, and a total of 626 valid questionnaires, the availability rate was 93.85%.The analysis instruments include descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, to test the collected data. The result reveals that: 1. The learning effectiveness of the participation of the Chinese and Chinese students in the Skills Education Curriculum is at the upper-middle level. The "I feel that I can participate in the Skills Education Course is a happy thing" has the highest score. "I feel that I can apply what I have learned after attending the Skills Education Course." To solve the problem of life" is the lowest. 2. In the sub-layer of learning effectiveness perception, the "response" score is the highest and the "behavior" score is the lowest. The performance of the "reaction" level is significantly better than the "learning" level, and the performance of the "results" level is better than the "behavior" level. 3. Differences in the perception of learning outcomes between different background variables: in the "job category", "area in which the school is located", "family living conditions", "main caregiver's occupation", "selection of skills education courses" There are significant differences in the sub-levels of the main factors, but not at other levels. Finally, based on the research results, recommendations are made for the reference of educational administrative organs, school teachers, Junior High School students and follow-up researchers.
