Popis: | 107 In today's market environment, the key factor determining the rise and fall of a company is no longer simply to improve production efficiency and product quality control by scientifically managing a large number of labor. The information-based and diversified social environment makes the information of both employers and employees highly symmetrical and more selective. Diversified, therefore, employees are not only obedient, hard systems appear more and more powerless. The competitiveness of enterprises is not supported by physical workers, but intellectual labor. The change of the key employees of enterprises is essential. Employees who manage the new era should naturally not adopt yesterday's management or evolutionary form, but should be a brand new management thinking. Through the introduction of this research case, many proposals have been put forward to challenge the existing management system, such as the disclosure of salary and business information, the voting rights of employees to hire new and elected leaders, the autonomy of members to determine resource allocation, the high degree of decentralization and the setting of poles. A small number of managers, etc., also have the same views as strategist Hamel (2007) in the book "Managing the Future." When companies create a company, it is natural to draw a pyramid-shaped organization chart, and then give each person a brilliant title, but now it has moved to the Internet age, such a traditional organizational structure will be more Flat, more flexible organization to replace, and finally this study based on research findings to make specific recommendations as a reference for future researchers. |
