Objective: To understand the situation of Taiwan's Taekwondo competition in terms of sports injury, injury treatment and injury protection, and to compare the differences in sports injury, injury treatment and injury perception among players with different background variables. This research method is mainly based on the Taekwondo players in the physical education classes above the national high school (vocational) level in Taiwan. In order to record the sports injury parts, the self-made "Taiwan Taekwondo Athletics PlayersQuestionnaire" was used as the research tool. The research object was the national high school (service) and above Taekwondo competition players. A total of 350questionnaires were sent out. The valid questionnaire is 100%. Use SPSS 22.0 statistical software to analyze. RESULTS: It was found that the exercise intensity was up to 76.3% when the training intensity was in the training situation. However, the sports injury awareness of girls was better than that of male students during exercise, and the cognitive intensity of sports intensity was different in different exercise intensity and sports experience. Conclusions and Suggestions: It is found that the Taekwondo Athletics players have the highest probability of practicing injury and the higher the sports experience and training intensity, the better the sports injury perception. Therefore, it is recommended that the coach not only pay attention to the technical and physical training, but also pay attention to the occurrence of sports injuries during the practice.
