By observing two students who have participated in the Taiwan Young People Leader Summit (TYLS), Chen Yi and Su Yan Yi, the documentary film "Visibility Change World” was created to investigate how the TYLS influence the teenagers, Through observing the process of the students participate in TYLS, we can roughly divide the factors of the influence into three parts: 1. learned by observation: “Seeing comes before words” quotes John Berger’s book “Ways of Seeing", every learning begins from observe. In the congress, they have many seniors, teachers, and business owners, came from different industries, and have different experience, sharing their own stories. And the students can choose the workshop they wanted to attend. They can choose to learn from the lecturer and the content that they have interest in it. 2. The integration of maker movement and the humanistic care : Except the modeling and inspiration by the seniors, the activity also combines the spirit of the maker movement, “Learned by doing”. They let the students choose and discuss the issue that their team interested, propose action plans for the issue, conduct practical actions against the action plan, and share it to everyone on stage at the end of the activity. 3. The supportive power from originated family: The support from the family is a very important key of influence in the learning process. Regardless of the personality, habit, or the growth of values, it has a lot to do with the original family. Therefore, the family becomes one of the most important key of influence the leaning motivation and the social care of the teenagers. The above factor only aims at the teenagers who attend the Taiwan young people leader summit (i.e. TYLS), but there has other factors to be able to affect the study or to guide the student to have the motive which shows loving care for to the society, like the peers, or the learning environment, and so on. Everything in the life and the learning environment can all contact with the related issue, gradually can influence subtly, let the teenagers have the further motion or the change. Through the story of Chen Yi and Su Yan Yi, this study can learn that the Taiwan young people leader summit (TYLS) is not the main factor of influencing the young people’s social concern and the study motive, but still, we can’t deny the influence of producing in this active process. All we can say is that, ”The Taiwan Youth Leader Summit plays a role in the process of influencing the young people’s learning and social care motivation.”
