Popis: | 107 This research is mainly to design an environmentally-friendly protective film. At present, the equipment technology of printing output industry has been continues improved, and the precision of the nozzle has been continuously improved. The equipment is not limited to the advertising output industry. At present, there are attempts to use the inkjet technology to produce OLED. Ink technology to produce OLED direction, the production of OLED requires the protection of the laminating film, whether in the advertising output industry or the future OLED protective film is used in a large amount, which also causes the pollution caused by the use of the laminating film is also very large, and the current concept of environmental protection is gradually being valued. If we can study and design environmentally friendly products, it will be of great help. This design uses PVC, PE, CPP, BOPP as the leather material of the laminating film, and the glue and release agent are separately applied on the front and back sides, and are placed on the laminator with special tension control structure design. Test and observe the condition of the laminating and the condition after the laminating to judge the applicability of the material.
