Popis: | 107 Although there already have many studies about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), but seldom of them are investigate the relationship between CSR and employee. The propose of this study is to find out the relationship between CSR and employee well-being, we use Statistical Tool for Analyzing Trends in Social and Environmental Performance (KLD STATS) as the judgment basis of CSR and health insurance expense as the proxy of Employee well-being. We collect 2051 samples in 2004-2015 period. The findings reveal that CSR is positive effect on employee well-being, which means that it increases employee well-being when companies immerse CSR. Through the study, we can almost sure that companies should be committed to improving corporate social responsibility. When we add institutional ownership as the moderating variables, it enhances the relationship between CSR and employee well-being. |
