With the rapid development of the medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry, coupled with the government's active promotion of the biotechnology policy and the development of the health care industry, many domestic players have invested resources in the industry. However, the profit model in the early stage of industrial development is usually more It is vague and unclear. Only through the integration and innovation of business models can we create differentiated competitive advantages. Among them, equipment innovation research and development and comprehensive integrated services will be the key to the future development of medical equipment industry. Looking at the related literature and research on medical equipment and equipment in the past, few studies have explored the diversified business growth strategies of the medical equipment industry and the operational mode of its new business model. This study attempts to understand the growth of different case companies and the formation of competitive advantages, the connotation of new business models constructed by different case companies, and the differences in business models of different case companies, thereby merging the composition of new business models for medical equipment manufacturers. The difference, as well as the academic implications behind the business model. In order to gain a deeper understanding of this topic, this study used a case interview method to select three representative case manufacturers in the medical equipment industry, and interviewed the general managers and professionals of the six case companies to obtain more rich case content; Supplemented by secondary data for data collection and analysis. The results of the study show that the A case company integrates from the overall planning of the hospital space to the related pre-sale, sale and after-sales services of the medical equipment; B case company is based on a medical team in the past. The accumulated performance and the overseas access resources of an instrument group allow B case companies not only to have the ability to provide comprehensive and customized services, but also to have the ability to export these services to overseas markets. C Case companies are relatively small in these three case companies, and their past business model is positioned to pursue stable profitability, not to grow in scale of operation, relatively flexible organization, and quick response to customer demand. Based on the above research results, the conclusions of relevant theoretical literature are cited to further verify and explain the correlation and complementarity with the results of this study. The case company's business growth model is more in line with the resource-based theory.
