| Popis: | 107 This study aims at exploring the business stratagies and management practices of vegetarian chain restaurants in Taiwan. A qualitative research method was conducted by in-depth interviewing three Chief Executive Officers. The research findings are as follows: 1. It’s essential for vegetarian chain restaurants to build up self distinctive features to survive from hyper-competitive market. 2. Employee turnover，staff training and brand building are major business predicaments in managing vegetarian chain restaurants. 3. Employee profit sharing and gain sharing plans are very popular management practices in both regular chains and franchised chain restaurants.
