The labor conditions such as " short working hours, flexible working time and no work rules" or "getting higher income" are the factors for young people to choose farming. Then the youth's shifting in agriculture improve their job satisfaction by "highly autonomous and developmental characteristics", "the ideal lifestyle and personal qualities of the youth", "agricultural product prices and income", "the mode of the production", "achieving support and affirmation of others", "increasing agricultural value through the use of agribusiness management methods". In this way, the youth's shifting in agriculture have the will to continue to work in agriculture. In addition, in terms of social connections, relatives, friends, farmers and farmers' groups are the main factors affecting the youth's shifting in agriculture. Mass media communication can also effectively attract the youth to working in agriculture. However, the rural background in the childhood has weak links to the youth's shifting in agriculture. Finally, the policy recommendations for attracting the youth's shifting in agriculture to work include: basic living security, land re-integration and planning, stabilization of agricultural prices, expansion of sales channels, opening of agricultural labor, encouragement of agricultural enterprises, agricultural internships, and encouragement of young farmers. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to provide policy assistance in order to attract the youth's shifting in agriculture to solve the problem of insufficient agricultural labor.
