Popis: | 106 Mindfulness, which is come from Buddhist meditation, and the core concept is "acceptance." It means that we just accept everything what we feel, instead of any judge or preconceived ideas. For example, while experience anything, we just accept the real feeling without any judge or preconceptions. Therefore, while practice mindfulness, just experience the feelings of the moment, and try to enjoy it without any worrying. Mindfulness and decompression, a set of therapies that combine eastern meditation with Western psychology. Mindfulness has been widely used in many field now. For example, it has been used in schools, hospitals, prisons, military units, the workplace, companies and so on. This study is expected to observe sympathetic and parasympathetic changes by recording the heart rhythm variation during the pre- and post-experiment. Analysis of Experimental data to observe whether mindfulness can assist in decompression. The data of long-term experiments will be statistically analyzed, and expect to observe the association between mindfulness and heart rate. |
