Popis: | 106 The aim of this research is to improve the loading platform stability of double Stephenson Ⅲ six-bar mechanism by designing a cam mechanism. First, author calculated the motion trajectory equation of double Stephenson Ⅲ six-bar mechanism, then calculated the equation of cam working curve and constructed the model of cam mechanism. Afterwards, ADAMS simulated and analyzed the improvement range of displacement. Based on this analysis result, the maximum pressure angle can be computed; it must be within the allowable range to ensure the feasibility of the design. In addition to dynamic simulation analysis, author operated ANSYS Workbench to simulate the maximum stress and stress distribution, as well as survey different material allowable stress to examine the safety of the mechanism. The result shows that the cam mechanism designed in this study is in compliance with the design requirements and the safety regulations.
