Popis: | 106 The control chart is to be to monitor the quality characteristic of the process in many industries. The purpose of the control chart is monitoring process to reduce defective production. Having the ability to quickly detect process shifts the goal pursued by many industries, plus many industries has attached great importance to the cost. Therefore, in this paper is constructed the economic design model of the DSVSI EWMA control chart which involve false alarm and search assignable cause and sampling cost. By minimizing the cost to fill customer requirement. In this paper an economic design model of DSVSI control chart is developed to combine with Lorenzen and Vance (1986)’s economic design model and restrictions. The use of genetic algorithms to solve the economic model of the design parameters, find the optimization combination of parameters of the constraints under different circumstances to minimize the cost of the economic design model. Then for the optimization combination of sensitivity analysis and to explore the impact of parameter on the cost. By sensitivity analysis, can obtain the expected cost per hour of defective products in control(C_0), the variable cost of each sampling(b) and the cost of finding and fixing the attributable causes(W) increase significantly, and the ECTU of significantly reduced. The process of fixing and the cost of each false alarm decrease significantly, the ECTU is also increase significantly. |
