| Popis: | 106 Patient safety has always been an important issue in improving the quality of medical care. The first step in preventing accidents is to screen the high-risk groups prone to accidents. The patient safety reporting system is one of the best tools for screening, considering how to prevent accidents in the future through analysis of the conditions of those happened cases. In this study, we first examined the impacts of the reporting system on users before and after re-designing of the online reporting system based on introducing the user-centered concept with the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in a regional teaching hospital in northern Taiwan.
