This study is mainly focused on the continued willingness to use tool applications. It also uses the Expectation-Confirmation Theory as a theoretical basis to amend the A Post-acceptance Model of IS Continuance. In addition, the system quality is discussed to discuss the quality of the system.. In this study, questionnaires were sent out to use the tools of the utility class as samples, and structural analysis models (Structural Equation Models, SEM) were used for research and analysis. Finally, the results obtained through this study show that tool applications affect perceived user satisfaction for perceived usefulness, validation, and system quality. Satisfaction can directly affect continued use. Therefore, the more consistent these factors are, Tool applications can effectively increase the continuous use of tool applications. |
