The interior design industry has evolved over time, becoming more and more diversified in technology application and media integration. In the interior design industry, the design concepts were mostly presented in floor plans, 3D graphics, and rendered images to provide customers with the imagination of the interior design space and increase the perceptions of space and texture. In order to enhance the applications of software and media for relevant technical personnel, this practice research introduces Visual Reality technology. By combining with mobile devices and Visual Reality helmets, the Visual Reality interior design system is designed to simplify the operation process, enhance the visual experience and enhance the space design and interaction effects. To understand the software integration requirements among components and design specifications, testing processes are divided into four stages, including “Sketchup”, “GoogleVR”, “Unity Art”, and “Playmaker”. Furthermore, the application design is divided into three phases based on “problem confirmation phase”, “application development phase” and “achievement demonstration phase”. The tasks includes confirming the current design needs of the interior industry, constructing interior design scene models, incorporating Unity game engine for integration, and finally displaying VR interior design application results and analysis. The results of substantive integration indicates that normalizing the model could speed up the model import integration, However, mobile platform hardware performance is limited, the use of post processing technology will consume a lot of system resources. It is recommended to use only for the screenshot system. Lightmap technology could avoid the use of real-time lighting, offering high quality lighting models to maintain system performance and enhance the interactive experience.
