| Popis: | 106 The twentieth century is an era where human performance grew fast. Technology and art developed a new page during this period of time. Seven Sonnets of Michelangelo, Op. 22 by Benjamin Britten, 1913-1976, analyzes and interpreted in this paper, was the work born in this era. Musicologists regard Britten as the most prestige composer among all the English composers in the twentieth century and his works are mostly performed. In this work, we can hear the combination of poetry and music. This paper presents the meaning of the poetry and the approaches of how Britten had the poetry merge into music, so as to offer collaborative pianists a concept of interpretation as a reference. |
