The Data Analysis of Performance Measurement and Verification for Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Systems

Popis: | 106 Measurement and verification methods for air-conditioning and refrigeration systems can refer to the document published by the Taiwan Green Productivity Foundation. However, the description of data screening principles in the document is less clear. Therefore, this study proposes data screening principle for measurement and verification methods of air conditioning and refrigerating systems. The rationality of this screening principle was verified by the historical data of three groups of chiller, a group of water cooled package air condition, and a group of refrigerating systems, and whether the application of this screening principle can enhance the reliability of the energy performance baseline. First, apply original data screening principles and the data screening principles proposed in this study to the raw data, and establish energy performance baseline separately, In chiller part, establish energy performance baseline by ASHRAE Guideline 14(G-14) and the Federal Energy Management Program(FFMP) method, In water cooled package air condition part, establish energy performance baseline by Taiwan Green Productivity Foundation method. The results show that the R2(coefficient of determination), Cv(coefficient of variation), and MBE(Mean Bias Error) of baseline established using the e data screening principles of this study are within the recommended range in the FEMP file, indicates that this data screening principles has reference value. And in the performance of R2, Cv, and MBE, the baseline established using the data screening principles of this study is generally better than the baseline established using the original data screening principles. In addition, this study proposes a maintenance diagnosis principle for chilled water air conditioning system, direct expansion air conditioning system, and refrigerating system, this diagnostic principle and performance data screening principle can be combined with a measurement and verification cloud computing platform in the future, as a basis for data analysis for this platform. |
