The changes in the workplace environment have a great impact on the personal emotions of employees. Although many kinds of literature have proposed many design principles for the healing space of the mind, the empirical research foundations of environmental psychology or evidence-based design are still a minority. In this study, six virtual reality (VR) scenes and a telepathic space real scene were designed with light and visible area as the self-variation. The pressure brain waves (β waves) and relaxation brain waves of 15 subjects were performed. Alpha wave) experiment. The experimental result is that the pressure brain wave can be reduced by light control and window opening. The more natural light can stimulate the activation of brain cells, the moderate natural light can ease the mood, the relaxation effect of yellow light is better than white light, and it is also impossible to experiment. Including the time factor, for a long time of use, it is believed that the closer the color temperature is to natural light, the greater the relaxation effect. Everyone likes to open the window. The larger the visible line area, the better. This is obviously verifiable. Faced with the wall work, the monotonous work environment will be irritating. Most of the subjects have the most experience of the healing space. We cant use virtual reality to simulate many subtle feelings of nature and the stimulation brought by biodiversity. People can wake up higher in nature. Alpha wave. The alpha wave effect that can be improved by the healing space of the mind cannot be replaced by the VR scene. In the future, it is worthwhile to continue to test more space design principles with more sophisticated instruments for more sophisticated experiments.
