| Popis: | 106 Objective: To investigate the risk factors associated with coronary heart disease patients. Method: This research included patient with coronary artery disease who received cardiac catheterization in medical center of central Taiwan. We carried out a multiple regression analysis to explore the relationship between coronary artery disease and risk factors, including age, sex, hypertension, dyslipidemia, hyperglycemia, and smoking. Result: This research find out age, sex, blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood lipid are risk factors for coronary artery disease. Patients with risk factors, including HbA1c> 7%, Total cholesterol> 200 mg/dL, LDL-C> 130 mg/dL, are patients with high risk for coronary artery stenosis. In addition, male patients with old age, hypertension, hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia have higher risk for coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion: This research find out male patients with old age, hypertension, hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia have higher risk for developing coronary artery disease. Preventing coronary artery disease in these patients is the main. |
