Popis: | 106 The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the work involvement and job satisfaction of the organization members. This study assumes that job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on job involvement. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method. Through regression analysis, the research results show that the basic background information of the members of the organization has no influence on the job involvement, and the job satisfaction of the organization members has a positive impact on the job involvement. Organization members have more satisfaction with the work content, which will enable employees to have positive thinking in their work, which will help to increase the level of job involvement. |
