Popis: | 106 Background and purpose: The social structure and life patterns has changed in Taiwan over two decades. Therefore, the quality of Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Care has been urged to improve due to the civilians’ needs. During the early days, services of Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Care merely included sending patients to hospital by ambulances without any other actions. However, as the time passed by, with great improvement of society and technology, an awareness has been risen that Pre-hospital Medical Care should not mean simply sending patients to hospital, instead, the service should include providing practical therapy to the patients in order to make it safer en route to emergency room. Methods:The study is based on Yanchao Fire Department. First of all, we started with the civilian satisfaction investigation toward the service of 119 Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Care, with 210 questionnaires handed out, including the nullified, there are finally 202 in sum, which accounts for 96.19 percent. It is also paired with 2 EMTs self-satisfaction questionnaires, with 420 copies handed out, including a case that three EMTs set off 119 Service at once, there are 405 valid questionnaires in sum, which accounts for 96.43 percent. We used a statistics software called SPSS20 to analyze all the information, some approaches are used, including reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, One Way ANOVA, post-hoc comparison analysis (Fisher LSD). Result: Sample of ages from 41 to 50, education lower than junior high school, and working as merchandisers have shown the best satisfaction for EMTs. And in terms of the non-advanced life support cases and diabetic patients have also shown greatest satisfaction for EMTs. Among the EMTs, ages from 41 to 50, receiving higher education in university, and having been working in the same field for 11 to 15 years, have shown greatest self-satisfaction to EMTs. Consequence: Cultivating more professional persons has become a crucial work. Therefore the training programs should be put into effect, for instance, reinforcing the professional abilities of EMTs, improving the essential learning energy, specializing the work of Emergency Medical Cares, equipping EMTs with essential knowledges, skills as long as professional attitudes. By doing these, quality of Pre-hospital Emergency Medical Cares will definitely make a huge progress. |
