As the Chinese saying goes, " courtesy is never to blame." Gifting is one of the many approaches for maintaining relationships between people. Especially in Chinese society, gifting has been a long-standing tradition of social behavior. In the early years, when Internet information has not yet developed, consumers mostly go to specific spots to find products they need. For example, some people go to pastry shops to buy gift boxes, and some go to bakeries to buy cakes, etc. People would also look up for goods in business catalogs, otherwise, they have to ask people around them. Due to the undeveloped information, gift makers still have to make an effort on improving their business. With the passage of time, the rapid development of the Internet, behaviors of modern consumers have changed. By using the computer, mobile phone, people can find the relevant gift information, anytime, anywhere. The Internet will make the products transparent, regardless of the product, price, specifications, functions, etc. Because internet access has brought convenience to consumers, gift makers have used e-commerce a sales channel. Various factors make the gift industry more difficult to manage than before. This research is aimed at the gift industry company Junhung International Co., Ltd. Using SWOT to analyze its internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities, and threats. The SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies were developed through SWOT cross-analysis, and the four major facets and 13 impact factors in the layer and analysis methods were constructed. Finally, the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the finishing weights and the weights of 13 impact factors and sort them. This provides companies with the most important elements to “enhance company operations and development performance”.
