| Popis: | 106 The new Taiwan immigrants residents proportion increased year by year, and while the number of new immigrant children increased rapidly as early as can be expected, the central coordinating body only in Taiwan there is no separate Secretary new residents and parenting problems, leading to the related social problems which emerge in an endless stream, we believe that the main key in elementary education the problem for the children of new immigrants. From the perspective of nonprofit organization of related discussion plus ethnic consciousness and ethnic identity, through case study, discusses the new residence process of elementary school children people education curriculum design, interaction between school and family education and peer problems together. We found that the school education and family education are inseparable, and non-profit organizations play an important role in assisting coordination and interactive communication, only in the new immigrant children education, three each have blind spots and shortcomings, so we suggests to non-profit organizations as a bridge between the school and the family, followed by suggestions to new immigrant families as the basic unit, through the non-profit organizations to assist, actively find new immigrant children's school adjustment problems and take the initiative to communicate with the school, finally again suggested that non-profit organizations can establish a formal channel of interaction with the school, and seek appropriate the local government units and private organizations cooperation. |
