A Study of Industrial Policy Resources Contributions to the Development of Taiwan's Animation Industry

| Popis: | 106 To understand better about the effectiveness of governmental industrial resource policy toward animation industry in order to produce concrete reference to plan better policy. This study aims the purposes as: 1) To analyze influence of government resource policies toward animation industry; 2) To find out the potential cooperation of maintaining sustainability and innovative of the industry; 3) To provide helpful policy refinery references for related government agencies and the industry according to the study outcome. Via qualitative methodology, include in-depth interview and document analysis from internal and external of the industry and related party, the study revealed the resource policy of government is helpful, especial financial aid which helpful in growth of venue of the industry, helpful to recruit professionals to continue the growth, produce job opportunities, increasing visibility internationally, refine the business models (include IP authorization), alteration of business models, and adopting of globalization of the industry. The study concludes with following suggestion, 1) To simplify the aid process, for instance, the potential proposals could be a brief purposes, planning marketing KPI, encouraging participation of youth entrepreneurs, associations, formed committee to discuss market indicators; 2) Conducting financial assistance on-site visiting to help industry to follow proper financial and accounting process to avoid unnecessary hurdles during and after the projects. The study also provide suggestions for future studies, such as: 1) Conducting comparative study on similar industries to collect multiple tiers of comments; 2) This study works as from central government viewpoints, future studies could be conducted from local government agencies; 3) Future studies could work on various industries, for example, game industries to explore the effectiveness of governmental policy, financial aid, resources; 4) For those fans of Pi-Li Puppy Shows, an in-depth interview of individuals could obtain more comments of the industry for further understanding of benefit of government policy resources toward the industry. |
