| Popis: | 106 Participatory budgeting is an international trend of government reform in recent years. In order to re¬spond to the open government and purpose of citizen participation; Mayor Ko raised this political opinion when he was elected in 2014. After the election, the Taipei City participatory budget was held for the participation of the citizens. This study is based on Taipei City participatory budget implementing experience. The domestic and international literature theory and the current situation of Taipei City participatory budget are the research basis, and the research results of this study are analyzed. There are three main research questions in this study: 1.Whether the participation budget of Taipei City can implement the participation of citizens. 2. Differences in imple¬mentation of various administrative districts in Taipei City. 3. The future execution direction of Taipei City participatory budget, using literature analysis and in-depth interviews, it understands the research questions through interviews. The study found that Taipei City participatory budget attempts to respond to citizen participation, improve citizen literacy, and according to interview results in vari¬ous districts.it is known that Taipei City participatory budget are three problems: 1.Insufficient number of participants. 2. The quality of the project is uneven. 3. Empower¬ment inheritance is difficult. Therefore, this study proposes suggestions for the future implementing of participatory budget¬ing in Taipei City: 1.Diversified publicity and increased participation incentives. 2. Implementing the promotion course and assisting in the preparation of the proposal. 3. Empower¬ment training system and the establishment of human resources library. It is hoped that through the collation and analysis of this study, it will be helpful for the Taipei City participatory budget related research. |
