| Popis: | 106 Given that R.O.C will face the impact of a high degree of aging on a short period of time, the pressure on social welfare policies will continue to increase in the future, while food, clothing, shelter, and living are the basic needs of human life, and living is most closely related to human life. Due to the decline of living ability, the elderly population has a higher demand for the living environment, but the elderly people's ability to work is reduced. The protection of the right of old people is much more in need of protection from the government than that of the young and middle-aged people. In recent years, disputes over housing rights have often seen. In addition to issues such as residential justice and maintenance of the living environment, although the right to housing for the elderly is less valued by the media, it has become an important issue that R.O.C. cannot ignore. The government has repeatedly declared that the housing policy will become the important policy of government administration. This article mainly analyzes the status quo of our country old-age housing security and the relevant policies and actions for elderly housing in Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, and Canada.
