Depending on the development of information technology, many enterprises can easily collect and record each transaction in Formation through various software, and gather into huge data to form the so-called of the "Big Data". The Big Data to explore the unknown and potentially useful information, coupled with the relevant professional knowledge into business intelligence, to provide decision makers to make reference of decisions making is Data Mining purposes. This research takes a case of a precision machinery elements company, according to the customer transaction history data, applying the RFM model to cluster analysis the data mining, divide the characteristics of different customer groups and improve the basis of customer management. Finally, the association rules to find out the relationship between products, to provide customers the most appropriate product recommend, as a reference for the future marketing style. |
