Popis: | 106 In recent years, the change of global competitive environment and decrease of margin profit. Company must strive and redesign different strategies to maintain performance and market share. The research subject is a bike carrier manufacturer. The main goal is to introduce lean production concept and 5S management to the production line, reduce its unnecessary waste and efficiency improvement. Result of the study shows 5S management not only can increase utilization, but also increase team work sprit and tidiness of the production line. Furthermore, we also focused on the seven wastes principle to eliminate unnecessary wastage which improved productivity significantly. After total results, the factory is renewed and benefits gained. Proves that introduction of lean production can have a significant improvement for the company. |
