| Popis: | 106 Under the situation that we may face power shortage in the future, the demand of renewable energy is increasing and using solar power has become the main trend. Because of the promising future of alternative energy, there are more startups stepping into this field. In order to become international brands, these companies try providing high-performance products and cultivate talents to enhance their competitiveness. However, it is not easy for startups to extend business in green energy industry. Since these new companies have limited resource and manpower, they may encounter some difficulties in management. Therefore, this study provides not only some aspects about operation management, but also some problems may happen in the initial stage of developing a company. The discussion in this case study focuses mainly on the management issues related to startups in solar energy industry. With this study, mangers can understand how to objectively analyze competition situations and plan appropriate strategies. Besides, it also can help them select a suitable business model to maximize profits and reduce operational risks. |
