Although social application brings connections to people, it also puts invisible pressure. This research proposed an interactive design for anonymous social application. First, this study developed an anonymous social application which consisted of four design: set account with device id, reply privately, prevent annoying reply, and location-based service design. With this application, users can be free to chat with anyone they want, and get along with people without any image pressure. Second, three experiments were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of this application. This paper reports the results of a study which aimed to investigate how interaction design influence anonymous social application behavior through three prevent negative behavior design. This research use questionnaire survey, observational survey and simple interview to research. We seek 43 people to be the subjects and they are mainly colleges and master students. The result shows that all of data is not effected by System Usability Scale(SUS). Elder users have higher satisfaction with application and function of prevent negative behavior as well as the users who are disgusted to negative behavior, but only male users have higher satisfaction with location-based service of interaction. Elder users as well as the users who are disgusted to negative behavior and the users who prefer location-based service are likely to have positive effect. For designing an anonymous social application, the functions we create in this research have positive effects on the prevention of negative behavior. As for increasing the interaction of anonymous social application, although using Location-Based service can raise the interaction of part of the users, the other parts of the users still doubt of the function that may disclose their locations. |
