| Popis: | 106 The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of empathy when adolescents offer or receive emotion reflection. A total of eleven adolescents as research participants and group courses of the board game ‘heart and story’ was adopted. After group courses and semi-structured in depth interviews, the qualitative research method was used for thematic analysis. The results of the study were that (a) adolescents would understand and be aware of emotions when someone offers emotion reflection ;(b) adolescents understand others’ emotions by their own experience, role taking or context of the story. Through stories and emotion reflection, adolescents become trusted with and feel safe around each other. Based on the results of this study, some suggestions are provided to the counseling worker and future researchers. |
