| Popis: | 106 In Taiwan, TV often plays an information source provider of audiences, and the content it reports also influence the value of many people. When it comes to TV, we should speak of George Gerbner and his partners’ Cultivation Theory. Later, this theory not only tells of TV but also any medium which can provide information for audiences. In recent years, because of popularity of TV, the public start to pay their attention to social public issues with the content it reports, and therefore, this study puts “Cultivation Theory” and “social public issues” together and thus explore them together. In this study, “the content media reports” means “any medium content of social public issue information provided from TV(media) ” and “social public issue” means a plan, “Underground Railway Constructed in Tainan”. This plan causes its residents along the route have an objection to this plan, so it is delayed. To explore in different situations, cultivation effect how to actually influence cognition of residents along the route of this plan and make them positively or negatively participate in related activities of this plan, this study will adopt Anderson and his partners’ Information Integration Theory to carry out an experiment to explore how the public shape their inherent cognitive processes. This study will design Information Integration Theory Questionnaire to investigate questions it wants to explore. The research scope of this study is the plan area of this plan. Testees of the experiment are classified as “practical-activity participants” and “media-information receivers”. They are residents along the route of this plan. Finally, after investigating questions this study wants to explore, this study will according to outcomes of the experiment analyze conclusions and offer future-public-affair-policy corresponding recommendations to Tainan City Government for Tainan area and other counties and cities for themselves. |
