Popis: | 106 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of eight-week mirror neurons intervention in different extension exercises on the explosive power of primary school children. Method: a total of 38 subjects from a primary track and field team in Taipei City. Divided them into three groups, mirror stretching group, dynamic stretching group, traditional track and field group., mirror image stretching group adopted image learning to participate in dynamic stretching training, dynamic stretching group adopted dynamic stretching training and traditional track and field group adopted general warm-up activities to investigate the effects of explosive power through mirror neurons by using different stretching training on primary school children. The data obtained were analysed using the single factor variance of the sample. The significant level was set toα=.05. The results: After statistical analysis, it was found that mirror learning were involved in different stretching exercises on the explosive power. In the 30-meter sprint, there was no significant difference between the three different training methods (p>.05); In the standing long jump, the image stretching group was significantly better than the dynamic stretching group and the traditional track and field group (p.05); in the vertical jump, the mirror image stretching group was significantly better than the traditional track and field group (p.05). Conclusion: 8 weeks of mirror neurons involved in different stretching exercises, could effectively improve the standing long jump and vertical jump performances of the track and Field team, but there was no significant improvement in the performance of the 30-meter sprint. |
