Every job seeker hopes to enter an ideal and promising company .They may consider many factors when choosing a job, including the nature of work, work atmosphere, and organizational culture. Similarly, when employees choose to leave many factors may be taken into consideration. Apart from the inevitable voluntary departure, the main factors are work, unit and organization. The changes in the global economic environment in recent years have caused many companies to fluctuate in their operating conditions. As a result, the reduction in scale has even ended abruptly. For job seekers or employees, the company''s culture should be Increase even more importance when they choosing a job or leave a job. But the employee really easier for a company with promising business prospects to stay? This study is an analysis of the employee turnover rate for a company with good prospects. It uses a secondary data analysis method to analyze the resignation rate of the resigned employees according to the company''s overall analysis and R&D, manufacturing, and business functions. The study analysis include the type of job title, job''s seniority, jobsite, and reasons for leaving the job were used to find out the categories with higher or abnormal turnover rates. The results of this study should have a correlation between the turnover rate of employees and their job titles and job''s seniority.
