Popis: | 106 The aim of this study is to explore the learning needs of middle-aged and elderly learners and learning satisfaction among middle-aged and elderly people. Based on the study of the middle-aged and elderly students' learning needs and learning satisfaction in the study of the middle-aged and elderly people who participated in the learning activities of the MauLuoxi Community College in Nantou County, "The contents of the questionnaire, conduct a questionnaire survey and collect information. The effective sample questionnaire of this study is 380, including those who participated in the series of middle-aged and elderly subjects in Nantou school headquarters, Tsaotun school, Mingjian school and Chungliao schools, and analyzed by SPSS12.0 software for statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, single factor variational analysis. independent sample t test, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The study found: (1)To participate in MauLuoxi community college students in the majority of middle-aged women. As far as age is concerned, it shows the will of Nantou County's super-aged society which affects all age groups to social classes. (2)The nature of the work shows that there are different needs for part-time workers and full-time workers in "community activities". There is a minimum of "jobs" to work for "farming" and the demand for "business and commerce" is the largest. In the administrative area, Zhongliao Township obviously wants to learn less. (3)In terms of satisfaction, boys are more satisfied than girls in terms of administrative and environmental satisfaction with their gender. There is a clear difference in terms of age, teacher teaching and pedagogical satisfaction. (4)In the occupational distinction, the higher age subjects “business”, “public office” showed higher satisfaction in “administrative environment”, “teacher teaching”, “courses”, “learning outcomes”, “overall”. (5)In the administrative district of the residence, it was found that the satisfaction of Zhongliao was low. Due to the terrain caused by various places and the social place of school distance and traffic inconvenience, resulting in low satisfaction, the class is not easy to become a class. Finally, the paper puts forward the results of the analysis and the suggestions of middle school students' learning needs and learning satisfaction, so as to be the reference for community colleges.
