However, it often causes the company to fail to provide customer demand in time, which makes it difficult to have orders in the future. It is common problem for all business to balance between improve corporate competitiveness and reduce manufacturing costs. This study uses system simulation to analyze bottlenecks in the process. Inthe process, the machine is shared to use caused the backflow problemoccurs. Through the experiment and simulation analysis. The best way toimprove is to reduce the mapping process of the automated inspection stationand match the electrical measurement process machine in the full sharingmode. This minimizes the production process time. The results of this studyare expected to provide a better way for decision makers to use. |
