| Popis: | 106 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between older volunteers' work values and continuing participation, and to investigate whether there are any differences in older volunteers with different background variables in terms of work values and continuous participation, as well as whether the working values of older volunteers positively influence the continuous participation. This study uses a questionnaire survey, the subjects of the survey are older volunteers over the age of 55 from Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital, a total of 120 valid questionnaires are collected, the statistical methods used in this study are: Narrative statistics, Independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, Regression analysis. The results show that only "participating institutions training" in the background variables have significant differences in work values and continuous participation. Regression analysis shows that the work values positively influence the continuous participation. According to the results of the study, this study suggests that older volunteers' service organizations should hold more training courses to promote more the value of volunteer service, let older volunteers have the willingness to serve. This study suggests that future researcher may expand the number of surveyed samples to the area of study, or may include qualitative research. |
