| Popis: | 106 Screw fastener industry in the global economic development goes hand in hand, has always been the title of “industrial rice”. This study has reviewed the evolution of the screw industry for more than 70 years. After undergoing the two major challenges of south migration and westward development, the domestic screw fastener industry is still dominating the important export position of screw fasteners in the world because of continuous improvement and innovation. The purpose of this study is to explore the company value of the screw fastener industry and evaluate the company value of the company's screws using the company case studies method. It bases on free cash flow as the main evaluation method and discounted by the appropriate company's weighted average cost of capital. The valuation of the company's value of the Sheh Fung Screws is NT$25.38 per share. In sensitivity analysis, gross profit margin, operating income, debt ratio and income tax have a positive relationship with company value; capital cost and capital expenditure rate have a negative relationship with company value. |
