Popis: | 106 Rapidly revolution and development innovative technology appears various kind of high tech products. The related new problems will be coming up with our using of emerging technology products generated by technology. Taiwanese legal legislation and amendment procedures are complicated and cannot deal with these problems promptly and immediately. This problem easily lead trouble shooting gap periods, and make people’s mistrust of the law. This article explores the cyberbullying in cybercrime patterns and limits the scope of cyberbullying to the social network. First, it is to introduce the development and characteristics of the social network and the influence of this cyberbullying. Second, it is to discuss the definition of cyberbullying and different from traditional bullying and criminal issues. Third, it is to believe that human flesh search is a derivative of cyberbullying, and will refer to the definition of human flesh search, related cases and criminal liability issues. Finally, it is to discuss the factors and causes of cyberbullying behavior from the perspective of the perpetrators and victims of cyber bullying behavior, and discusses whether there are related preventive measures. This article proposes conclusions and suggestions for the above controversial issues, and could be served as a reference for relevant academic and practical cases in the future. |
